The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and boasted the most comfortable bed of our entire trip.

The games room was great for the kids and the staff were friendly, even given the complications of our stay.

The hotel was difficult to find as the wrong address was given at the time of the booking. We also had to wait 1 hour for our room even after arriving 3 hours after the checkin time. Our room was small, the TV wasn't working when we first arrived (it was fixed soon after) and we had to pay for parking even though we didn't use it. There is plenty of free parking around!!

Modern hotel located in a very quiet area near industrial sites, the golf course and private houses that did n't actually looked lived in, almost like a ghost town, and the center of the town.

The rooms here are nicely furnished and tidy, with super cozy beds.

Staff very helpful, plenty of free parking outside hotel, no need to use hotel car park, spa was very nice but not really worth extra cost.

Enjoyed my great stay at Urh Hotel Spa Zen Balagares for a business trip, with board meetings. the breakfast offered a huge variety of fine food and drinks. - the hotel is located in a peaceful and marvelous area near the golf course, private houses, and several restaurants.

The staff on Reception were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and great design.

Windows on room a little dirty on the outside. Buffet evening meal a little expensive and quality poor, otherwise great hotel and would reccommend it.
